With the increased outburst of all terrain bike (BTT), throughout the Algarvean region, the Associaton ExtremoSul organises, this year, the Algarve International Marathon of MTB (MIBA).

The MIBA will take place on the 3rd of October 2010, in Messines, county of Silves, and includes both amateur and professional trails.

In similarity with earlier editions, the 6th edition of MTB Marathon, organised by this Association, aims to bring together the spirit of adventure and competition linked to this type of event, and at the same time taking the competitors through the most beautiful and unspoilt scenery of this region, which is still unknown to many nationals and foreigners.

Undertaken to be, for the very first time, an International Marathon of MTB, this breaking through the border lines takes place exactly when this type of high quality event is consolidating itself, both on a national and international level.
