1- How to register:

In order to register in the International MTB Marathon of the Algarve, please click on the Menu “Entry Form”, and (after reading the Terms and Conditions), confirm having read and accepted  the same.  Afterwards, click on “registration” and login (if you have already taken part in any Extremosul events with registration on-line) or as a “New Registration”.  

2- What information should be supplied if you have already taken part in ExtremoSul events:

Please supply your e-mail address under “name of user” and the identification document in “password”.  If you cannot remember your password you may recover it at the end of the page, by selecting “Forgot the password?” 

3- How to change the chosen distance:

To alter the distance please enter your personal details and carry out the alteration in your personal page to the desired distance. 

4- How to alter the size of the chosen T-shirt:

To alter the size of the chosen T-Shirt, enter your personal details and select, in your personal page, the size of the required item. 

5- How to change the place where you wish to collect your kit:

6- How to add insurance to your registration form:

To add insurance to your registration form, you should effect a bank transfer of €1.00 to the following bank account: 0045 7120 4020 950 7892 74, and send proof of payment to the e-mail address: geral@extremosul.net, together with your personal details (bank transfers will only be allowed for this item). 

7- How to add "lunch for the companions" to the registration already made:
The companions may purchase lunch from the permanent secretariat of the event. 
8- How to recover the payment details:
In order to recover the payment details of your registration, login your personal details and in your personal page select “send”.  Your details will come up, and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. 
9- How to login:
To effect login simply click in the link “enter” and write your e-mail in “name of user” and password. 
10- How to make the payment:

The payment should be made in an ATM (or home-banking) using “payment of services” and introducing the entity, reference and amount brought forward in your registration form. 

11- How do i know if the registration is confirmed:
Between 24 and 48 hours after the payment of your registration, check the list o participants and confirm if a number has already been attributed.  If not, please contact the organisation. 
12- How to make a swap of your registration:
In order to make an exchange of your registration, please send an e-mail to: geral@extremosul.net giving your personal details and those of the new participant.
